Welcome to Trendy Go.
This Privacy Policy explains how Trendy Go ("Trendy Go", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when you access or use the Trendy Go mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
Trendy Go is a hyperlocal fashion marketplace and delivery platform operating in Iraq. The Service supports three primary user types:
Customers — users who browse products, place orders, request deliveries, and use marketplace services.
Vendors — shops and businesses that list and sell products through Trendy Go.
Drivers — delivery partners who collect and deliver orders.

4. Information We Collect
We collect information that is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Trendy Go Service.
4.1 Account and Profile Information
Depending on your account type and the features you use, we may collect:

Account type, such as Customer, Vendor, or Driver.

4.2 Addresses and Location Information
To provide marketplace and delivery functionality, we may collect:

Map locations and address coordinates.
Pickup and drop-off locations.
Driver service-area information.
When precise location access is required, Trendy Go uses location information in the foreground for features such as selecting an address on a map, setting a shop location, or using navigation-related functionality.
Trendy Go does not request continuous background location access and does not continuously track your GPS location while the application is closed.
4.3 Shopping and Order Information
When you use Trendy Go to browse or purchase products, we may collect:
Shopping cart contents.
Wishlist contents.
Products viewed or selected.
Product names, sizes, colors, quantities, and prices.
Discounts and promotional information.
Delivery fees.

Try-on selections.

Trendy Go does not intentionally store full bank card numbers, CVV/security codes, or complete payment-card credentials on its own servers.

4.5 Photos, Camera, and Media
With your permission, Trendy Go may access or receive images that you voluntarily choose to upload, including:
Product photographs.
Shop logos.
Profile photographs.

Other images submitted through supported features.
The camera or photo library is accessed only when you initiate an action requiring an image, such as taking a photograph or selecting an image.
We do not scan or continuously access your entire photo library.

Trendy Go does not use the Google Advertising ID for advertising purposes, and the application does not contain third-party advertisements.

If you use Trendy Go as a Vendor, we may collect and process:

Shop description.
Shop location.
Opening or availability status.
Product catalog information.
Product names and descriptions.

Try-on settings.

6. Driver Information

7. Information Shared Between Users

Vendors
Vendors may receive information necessary to prepare and fulfill an order, such as:

Order totals.
Relevant delivery zone or area.
Information necessary to process the order.
Vendors do not normally receive a customer's full delivery address, personal email address, or other information that is unnecessary for standard order preparation.
Drivers
After accepting a delivery assignment, Drivers may receive information necessary to complete the delivery, including:

Customer phone number when communication is required.
Relevant order information.
Pickup information.
Customers
During an active delivery, Customers may receive relevant driver information, which may include:
Driver name.

Customers, Vendors, and Drivers may request account deletion through the supported account settings within Trendy Go.
Account deletion is intended to remove or anonymize information that is no longer required. However, certain records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
14. Children and Age Requirements
Trendy Go is intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
If you believe that a person under 18 has created an account or provided personal information to Trendy Go, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
15. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or misuse.

The Trendy Go mobile application does not rely on traditional browser cookies for its core functionality.
